"The staff was fine and the room was clean. The room description said it came with a trundle bed, which it did not. Also, the closet and shelf space were not what we expected. We came in from the states in the winter and needed more room to hang our belongings."

"As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity . There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area . The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular Delightful staff as well . "The “economy” room was not clean, very old, and the WiFi did not work “because the walls were too thick in the basement.” After speaking with the front desk, I was hesitantly moved to an upstairs room where the WiFi worked. That room was bigger and nicer but nothing close to a “nice” room. No tissues in the bathroom, shower didn’t drain well…but much nicer than the initial room. Breakfast was nice. Not a huge selection but nice. "
