"For carrying the Hilton name the history of the hotel Astoria, there was no value for the high price. General staff with cultural approaches to make you feel the problem is "you". "At breakfast the coffee machine was broken! They wanted to charge us for a teabag and hot water! We asked for our room to be cleaned with fresh towels, it was left untouched for the whole day until we came back in the evening. Eventually we got some clean towels and the bed was made. The staff need to have much better customer service. It’s the only hotel in Modiin so no competition!"

"Not the hotels fault but there were guests smoking in the room on our floor. The staff was a bit unfriendly and Expedia didn’t charge taxes so that was a surprise charge."
