"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, it’s clean, quiet and perfect for onsen. Staff are very friendly and helpful to carry our luggage to the room. There’s a private onsen if you want some privacy. I would recommend"

"The dinner was very memorable and I would give it 10/10. However, the room we stayed in feels very dated and not very well maintained. There were brown spots on the walls and the beds were not comfortable to sleep in, and the air conditioning is on and off so me and my husband were not able to have a good sleep at night time. We do appreciate the big room and the nice in suite hot spring experience though. Staffs were nice but always really busy so you can feel them rushing through to help you so they can attend to other things after. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"

"We found this place the last minute after we decided to stay for overnight instead of making it a day-trip from Fukuoka. Absolute good decision! Everything is so good: room, staff, and the venue. Love it."

"From the very start the staff was very nice, even though we weren't the best tourists. We stayed a short time, and in that tike the staff was friendly, despite our Faux Pas and were willing to help us with arranging luggage forwarding. The room we booked was very clean and offered coffee, tea, and ice water in our rooms which we were free to use. The mats we slept on we comfortable and had plush blankets that almost kept us TOO warm during the cool Spring nights. The Onsens though were the star of the show. We had two private Onsen attached to our room, one that was inside and one that was Open-Air. Both were incredible to be in and legitimately helped myself and my travel companion with aches and pains during the trip. I can't recommend this place enough. Must go Onsen if you find yourself in Hita."
