"Excelente"

"Very attentive and faintly staff! The location is great, just a 1/2 block off avenue paulista so a little quieter but convenient to everything. The finishes are really nice and there are nice little extra touches upon arrival and evening turn down. Highly recommend!"

"This was a great choice for first visit to Brazil 🇧🇷 Location was great. Near tourist attractions and train stations for easy commuting around the city. The hotel was very well maintained. Did upgrade my rooms as birthday treat ☺️ The staff were very helpful and responsive to guests needs. You can leave your luggage there to travel around. The amenities in the lounge was very nicely appointed and all the staff I encountered were a credit to the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay....

"Great hotel, great location and very nice staff. Totally recommend it."

"Air conditioning was defective and did not work properly. Space was smaller than what it looked like in pictures and described."

"Excelente aparta hotel cómo limpio céntrico y que está muy bien hubicado cerca de la avenida paulista , cuenta con desayuno y un restaurante en sus instalaciones"

"Excellent well located hotel. Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, easy walk to the centre."

"The property is in a very good location thats close to everything and its nice and clean. This part of town is kinda busy and not so much on the quiet side but it was still a very nice and new space. I would stay here again because the prices are very reasonable."

"I missed drawers in the room. There are none. So I used the safe to lock my documents, money, medicine, chargers and etc. Then the safe locked as it said I didn’t enter the pin. Twice happened and called the front desk to unlock the safe. So should have used my own luggage as drawers"

"Great location, good dining options, friendly staff."

"El Matiz Manhattan es un Apart-Hotel Urbano (o Flat Corporativo) de categoría 4 estrellas. Pero que para mí es 5 estrellas. Me encantó 🇧🇷💚💚💚y volvería a él. Lo recomiendo!"

"Todo excelente. Ótima localização. Pessoal muito simpático e cooperador. Nota 10"

"La ubicación del Hotel es exelente pero el Hotel necesita atención! El precio relacion a lo que ofrecen no es aceptable. Las habitaciones están viejas y podría ser mas elegantes a pesar de su edad 70 Sentista."
