Although the property could use some sprucing up in areas, this is an efficient and well functioning hotel. The location was ideal for us--quiet and a block off the beaten path, giving us lots of walkable options. Good brrakfast choices and plenty of fresh, healthful food items.

Great location. Staff was wonderful. The club lounge is a fantastic option. I would stay here again when I go back to Sao Paulo next time. I stayed 8 days and felt great and safe the entire time. Thank you all!

Avoid if you're staying for business purposes

The internet was very slow, being in the CBD, staying for business purposes it was quite inconvenient of not being able to take calls as the internet was patchy. Location is good, lots of restaurants closeby.

Well located place in need of a TLC.

This hotel offers a peaceful retreat despite its central location near convenient amenities. The tranquil atmosphere allows for a restful stay, perfect for business or leisure travelers. Its prime location provides easy access to dining, shopping, and business districts. While the hotel boasts these advantages, some thoughtful renovations would greatly enhance the guest experience. A revitalization of the property would truly elevate its potential.
