It's a date property that is more like a 4 star hotel; however, the staff was SUPER nice and friendly and proactively helpful! Santos made the best cocktails, vinicius was super helpful in the lounge, and Diego was super warm and helpful with my luggage, ordering my taxi, and keeping a good conversation going while I waited. Obrigado!

The property is in a nice location handy for Paulista, with plently of restaurants and cafes around the area. The property would benefit from a general refit. We had access to the lounge which was excellent and the staff more than helpful.

Great location, service and breakfast. Beds are comfortable also. Yet the hotel is getting a bit old, and sound isolation is not at the latest standards. Still, I would go back and have particularly enjoyed the Club Lounge that is worth the extra penny if you are not a IHG gold member.
