"The location of Thirty One Homestay is convenient. It's about a 12-minute walk (0.8 miles) to the shuttle bus station for Tianmen Mountain Park. The staff are nice and helpful. The guest room is clean but small. There is no elevator, so if you're staying on the 3rd floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. "Staff was great!, Carol was so nice, she helped us with our planes, the hotel is a walking distance from the park, our stay was great."

"Perfect for the budget traveller. The address posted on here is wrong. Or at least that might be the address of the other building, they have two. The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21. This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway."

"房主Sarah非常友好，預定的房間寬敞乾淨，獨享洗衣機，冰箱，24小時有熱水、空調。 位置在市中心，出行相當便捷。 可惜只訂2晚，下次一定推薦朋友再來預定。"

The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay."

"The hotel was in an ideal location with good facilities .The hosts were really helpful , lovely and welcoming. Theybyook our bags to our room and plan a route and gave us a map for our visit to the National Park. Hotel muy bien situado. Buen personal."

" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English. Now for the Bad: On hotels.com, the map shows...
