"Thet tourist attractions of Big Goose Pavilion and the Tang Everlasting Night pedestrian street is right outside the hotel front lobby. We were given a quiet room far from the elevator. With all the activities outside, we could not hear a thing and had restful sleep during our stay. The subway station is about a 10 min. walk and the Shangxi History Museum is about a 20 min. walk. The room itself did show some wear but over all was still a solid 4 out of 5 star. During our last day of...

"¡Excelente servicio y atención impecable! El servicio y la atención personalizada superaron por completo mis expectativas. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento a cada detalle. Sin duda, regresaré. ¡Totalmente recomendado!"

"I stayed at the Qianna Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street Subway Station) and had a pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable— a short walk to the Line 2 subway station (Zhonglou Station) and a walkable distance to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. The room features a Chinese-style design that feels both artistic and cozy. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained despite being right in the middle of the city. The hotel provides breakfast which is a nice mix of Chinese options...

"Sauberes, ruhiges und großes Zimmer mit einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir wurden auch vor der offiziellen Check in Zeit in unser Zimmer eingelassen. Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel sehr nah am muslimischem Viertel sowie am Glockenturm und einer Einkaufsmeile."

The staff at the hotel was very professional and kind, even with the language barrier. We used a translator app with no issues. We picked a two bed room and we were given the room with a kids play area (traveling with no kids). We didn’t mind at all. We cared about the space and the cleanliness. Which this hotel was perfect for that. The...

"Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain."
