"The property is in a very convenient location with excellent staff. The facility was clean and has a great buffet. Our only complaint was having a rooming facing the city street it was loud and noisy most of the night. Ear plugs were needed"

"Though the hotel isn’t new and the facilities are somewhat worn, the location could not be better — everything is nearby. A shopping complex with a Starbucks and food court is right next door. Still, the hotel’s greatest asset is its staff. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel being completely smoke‑free. We called the front desk, and staff swiftly moved us to a new room and assisted with our luggage. The concierge team delivered great service as well. Tank and other staff were responsive to our questions and gave us fantastic local tips. Housekeeping performed wonderfully too. They observed we liked using extra towels to avoid wet floors and thoughtfully provided spares without being requested. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay."
