We really enjoyed our stay at Dormero! They are very pet friendly as we stayed with our two dogs. The room was clean and renovated. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a comfortable overnight stop. Lovely 6km round trip walk to the Rhine, where there are several restaurants and yummy ice cream parlours. Loved the free refreshments in the mini bar and the free coffee, something we haven’t experienced before. Nice to see that customers are still valued and not just an expendable commodity.

We seemed to have had one of the larger rooms according to the floor plan. I was not expecting such a nice room based on other reviews I read. The room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean, and the minibar was stocked with a few complimentary drinks. Additionally, there was an Aldi Süd, Netto, and dm all within a short walk of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Worms.

No toiletries in bathroom. No Liners in bins. Cleaners knocking on door too early and persistently. Good free drinks in fridge. Good EV charger included. Lovely bed and bedding.

Good, but unlucky.

It’s was a hot summer day with 32 degrees. I had a room on the top floor. Which was way too hot. It resulted it minimal sleep and there wasn’t even a fan. Would definitely not recommend in the summer, but otherwise nice room and clean.

Poorly Maintained Hotel

This hotel was recently purchased by another company. Unfortunately, the hotels has been neglected. The elevator did not work, the room had torn drapes, and some of the lighting did not work either. Even the door had an electronic code and it only worked after the third time of pushing the door. That was each time you tried to go in. I would not recommend staying here.

Bettenmachen eine Katastrophe

Soweit ok, renovierte Zimmer und sauber. Interieur aber nicht immer heile, z.B. die Vorhänge. Negativ: Zeigt bitte mal jemand dem Zimmerpersonal wie man Betten macht!!?? Zwei Laken und die Bettdecke dort rein legen ist nicht richtig!! Und für ein Hotel ein absolutes NO-GO

Tolles Zimmer. Schöne Ambiente. Fitnessbereich geräumig. Kurzhanteln und Bank stehen zur Verfügung. Also wer sich auskennt kann schon was machen. Dennoch zur Abwechslung wäre ne Kraftstation sicherlich eine Bereicherung.

Einfach zu finden, herzlich empfangen worden. Große moderne Zimmer mit vielen Steckdosen. Nur man sollte sich ein Zimmer auf der Park Seite geben lassen. Wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, ist es schon sehr laut. Das Bad ist riesig, nur die Duschen sollten überarbeitet oder erneuert werden.

Zimmer sind Sauber, leider waren die Boxspringbetten für diese Jahreszeit falsch bezogen. Kissen waren eine Katastrophe. Viel zu warm für den Sommer. TV nicht möglich "Kein Netzwerkzugang" Aufzug war defekt, Zimmer im 2ten Stock. Schönes altes Haus, muss allerdings noch einiges dran getan werden. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Security oder Geschäftsführer wäre morgens früh schön gewesen, da sich ein Gast mit freiem Oberkörper und einem Bier hinsetzte, Servicekraft forderte ihn freundlich zum gehen auf wurde aber ganz dreist Ignoriert. Eine 2te Kaffeemaschine wäre angebracht oder eine Pumpkanne mit Filterkaffee damit keine Warteschlange bei der Kaffeemaschine entsteht. Die Umgebung ist nicht schön, Schmutzig und ungepflegt, im Park nebenan sind zu jeder Tageszeit viele Obdachlose die um Geld betteln. Sehr unangenehm. Insgesamt ist Worms keine Stadt, die wir ein zweites mal Besuchen werden.

Wenn von den Mitarbeitern im Hotel niemand bemerkt, wie verdreckt z.B. der Aufzug ist oder die Eingangshalle oder die Matte vor dem Eingang (erster Eindruck…?!?!!) , die Duschwanne noch den Kalk der letzten 10 Jahre aufweist, dann lässt das tief blicken. Schade, denn das Haus verdient es besser. Große Zimmer, gute Betten, nur der Rest…

Die Anlage, auf der sich das Hotel befunden hat, war schön, die nähere Umgebung leider total heruntergekommen: Müll überall, nur Dönerbuden, lautes Gedudel aus Fenstern und Autos. Das Zimmer, ein Nichtraucherzimmer, hat penetrant nach Nikotin gestunken. Am Empfang aber niemand, bei dem man sich hätte darüber beschweren können. Im neu eingerichteten Bad eine schimmelige Duschkabine, das Klo widerlich: den Klodeckel auch mal beim putzen hochklappen! Ohne Worte. Den Boden müsste im Schlafzimmer man mal feucht wischen, da waren überall alte Flecken Das Frühstücksangebot war von Aldi, lieblos dargeboten: keine Beschriftung an den Quarks Insgesamt igitt

Qualität nimmt stetig ab

es wird immer schlimmer, Aufzüge defekt, falsche Zimmerkategorie bekommen, erst nach Reklamation richtige Kategorie bekommen, Zimmer werden nicht gemacht, Qualität Frühstücksbuffet sehr schwankend (fehlende Gläser, Kaffeautomat voll, Brot trocken)
