Habe ein Freundinnenwochenende im Parkhotel Schillerhain verbracht. Unser Zimmer war im Altbau untergebracht; es war sehr nett und sauber und hatte ein renoviertes Bad (jedoch noch mit alter Duschtasse - nicht bodengleich). Der Spa-Bereich mit verschiedenen Saunen war neu und schön eingerichtet und nicht überlaufen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok. An aufgeschnittenem Obst gab es nur Melonen, aber es gab auch einen Obstkorb mit Bananen, Äpfeln etc. Wenn was aus war, hat es mit dem Nachlegen etwas gedauert. Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet. Es gibt eine nette Bar mit einer guten Auswahl an Cocktails und Longdrinks sowie Weinen.

Die beiden Saunen sind leider sehr klein und waren am Wochenende oft voll. Das Dampfbad war während unseres Aufenthalts defekt. Es gibt 3 Ruheräume aber auch diese sind nicht sehr groß und da man keine Liegen ‚reservieren‘ darf war stets ungewiss, ob man nach dem Saunagang noch eine abbekommt. Das hat’s ein bisschen unentspannt gemacht - Vorallem, wenn man zu mehreren Personen da war und somit selten beisammen sein konnte. Wir hatten 2 DZ im Stammhaus. Leider war in beiden Zimmern je eine Nachttischlampe kaputt. Wir haben das an der Rezeption gemeldet und es hieß, man kümmere sich darum, was leider nicht der Fall war :( Das Frühstück ist top und mit 13€/pP auch absolut fair (wenngleich Expedia von 12€ sprach). Allerdings gibt es nur EINE Kaffeemaschine, weshalb es sich auch hier gerne mal staut

Schlechter Service, schöner Wellnessbereich

Aufgrund der vielen Bewertungen, denen zu entnehmen war, dass man ein Zimmer im Neubau nehmen solle, habe ich nach Buchung einer Zimmerkategorie per Email darum gebeten, im Neubau untergebracht zu werden. Dazu war man bereit, wollte aber einen Aufschlag von 30 Euro. Dem stimmte ich zu, war aber durchaus irritiert, da ich annahm, dass es die Kategorie in beiden Häusern gäbe und zudem auf der Homepage steht, dass das Stammhaus auch rund um saniert sei. Zudem schien mir das Hotel nicht ausgebucht. Vor Ort checkte ich ein. Ich bat um die Reservierung eines Tisches fürs Abendessen. Man sagte mir, das es Recht voll wäre, aber ausnahmsweise würde man meine Reservierung annehmen. Überraschenderweise war das Restaurant aber alles andere als voll, es war allenfalls zur Hälfte besetzt, eher deutlich weniger. Das Zimmer war gut, sauber, Wellnessbereich top. Richtig enttäuschend ist jedoch der Service, ich habe ein Ladekabel vergessen und bat gegen Bezahlung des Portos am Montag um Zusendung, man schickte mir eine Rechnung über 10 Euro „Bearbeitungsgebühr“ und teilte mir, dass man erst verschicke wenn das Geld da sei. Trotz Überweisung wurde das Gerät bis jetzt (Samstag) nicht versendet, weil man das „Go aus der Buchhaltung“ noch nicht habe. Diese Antwort erhielt ich auf meine Beschwerde über den kundenunfreundlichen Prozess, denn das mE geringe Ausfallrisiko erscheint mir zugunsten eines guten Services evident vernachlässigbar.

1st time I went to a renewed part of hotel and was great. This time I took another room, at the old area and was not so comfortable. Also there were people at restaurant and you could hear from the room. I could not sleep due to the noise.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Haus etwas außer und oberhalb von Kirchheimbolanden gelegen. Habe im "Älteren" Teil gewohnt. Neubau schließt direkt daran an. Relativ neu renoviertes Zimmer bei dem die veralteten Türzargen nicht dazu passen. Bad könnte etwas größer sein. Kleiner und feiner Saunabereich, mit ausreichenden Ruhemöglichkeiten. Kein essen eingenommen.

wir hatten das Apartment Auszeit/Timeaut mit Blick auf den Garten gebucht. Erhalten haben wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf einen Lichtschacht und einem Blick auf den Parkplatz vor dem Hotel sowie auf die Überdachung der Eingangshalle. Im Zimmer wurden wir von einem lauten ständigen Brummen empfangen, alle Heizkörper - egal ob an oder aus - brummen ständig und laut. Leider war das Hotel ausgebucht, so daß wir das Zimmer nicht wechseln konnten. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach Nachfrage beim "Chef" wurden alle Heizkörper entlüftet. Schade, dass wir kein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Garten - wie gebucht - erhalten haben, das empfanden wir als negativ.

Oh, expedia Kunde.... achso .... Kunde 2- Klasse !

Ich war vor 15:00 Uhr angekommen, die unfreundliche Rezeptionistin hatte mir erzählt, dass krine Zimmer fertig wären. Ausserdem würde es extra kosten. Man bekoomt nur die älteren schlechteren Zimmer, ansonsten kostet es extra. Man wird als Kunde 2, Klasse behandelt.

예약했던 방은 선불로 아파트먼트 였는데 배정해준 방은 스탠다드 싱글룸이어서 문제제기 했더니 직원의 착오인거 같다며 남은 방이 없으니 그냥 자든가 다른 호텔로 가라는 식으로 응대 했고 다음날 숙박비 차액 약 10유로는 hotel expedia로 환불하겠으니 그냥 가라는 말 만 듣고 사람은 실수할수 있고 방법이 없다는 말 뿐이었음

Bis auf das Frühstück, um 8:45 Uhr gab es kein Brot mehr, musste erst noch 20 Min. aufgebacken werden, war alles ok. Am 10./11.09.2018 gab es kurz nach Mitternacht einen Feueralarm. Dies war zum Glück nur ein Fehlalarm. Aber die meisten Gäste haben sich was angezogen und sind ins freie gegangen. Nachdem die Feuerwehr eingetroffen war, wurde die Fehlschaltung ausgestellt. Beim Auschecken am 11.09.2018 hätte man eine kurze Entschuldigung vonseiten des Hotels erwarten können. Das Abendessen war sehr gut.

Excellent, couldn’t fault it..!!

What a wonderful hotel. I stayed there a couple of years ago and it was nice then, but they’ve made more improvements and now it’s amazing. Set in beautiful tranquil surroundings, with a calm atmosphere, first class restaurant with great food, and lovely rooms with comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly staff too.

Neuer Gebäuteteil mit Wellness Bereich sehr schön. Der alte Gebäudeteil kann da leider nicht ganz mithalten. Tolles Frühstück. Wellness Bereich mit schönen Saunen und toller Aussicht.

Nice hotel but horrible internet connection

The hotel is a very nice place to stay. The hotel bar and restaurant are also nice. The one complaint is that the internet/wifi did not work at all while staying here. When I asked the front desk receptionist, she stated the manager knew about this but did not know when it would get fixed. It was very frustrating because it is very inconvenient for business travelers. I was unable to work from the hotel via computer. I would not recommend business travelers to stay here. If you do not mind being disconnected from the world for a few days then this place is perfect.
