"We were able to check in quickly. The lady at the desk was very friendly. When we arrived at our room we noticed there were dirty dishes left in the hallway by our door and we had to let the front desk know as they remained overnight even through housekeeping went by. The room was large, clean, and beds were comfortable. Water bottles and keurig coffee provided. We had to request a room change though as our first morning we were awoken at 6:30AM by a construction crew working outside our window...

"We checked in and was not really informed about which card on the account was being charged, we thought it was through the Marriot’s reward account but apparently they charged it on the expedia account which is not what we originally want. She never stated which one she charged or even asked us what card we want to use. The front desk missed giving us our breakfast coupon that we also paid/included on our booking not until we mentioned it to her. She also did not tell us where the elevator and...

"Terrible shower, rainfall shower head was mounted on the wall and barely sprayed, so had to hug the wall to get water on my body, but other then that it was a good stay."

"The bathtub's drain was not draining the water while showering, when you are showering...the water takes too much time to drain so you are literally bathing in water whereas it ought not to be so."

"The owners communicated with us very effectively. The suite is comfortable for five people, although one of the beds is sleeping on the couch. However, I thought the couch was quite comfortable. This is a great suite for a short day when all you need is a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Very conveniently located close to West Edmonton Mall. I would stay here again."
