"we will be coming back . this will be our home hotel whenever we visit Venice . staff, breakfast, maid, front desk all great."

"Clean nice room. Nice staff. Good coffee ready early"

"Stayed one night. Had a closing the next day on a home we purchased. Hotel is clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good as well"

"It was a nice place....friendly staff....up to date building. will definitely return"

"very good"

"The rooms needed to be updated. There was a leak in the lobby that was being addressed by putting trash cans to catch the water. Very conveniently located, ample parking. Pool area looked very nice. Rooms were significantly outdated and had been well used with cracks, tile grout needing to be replaced etc"

"The property is fairly large, and the front desk guy was not helpful in directing me to my room. He clearly had a map in front of him, but he did not take the time to point out exactly where my room was located. It was pouring down rain, and I had to walk all around the property to find my room. Once I got there drenched, the TV was not working, so 2 people on staff came up to the room to fix it. In addition, there was an unfinished hole in the wall around where the shower head was popping out."

"Beautiful Property and so convenient."

"Noisy!!"

"Very convenient for the beach and local dining. Shower was extremely small. Overall nice place for a short stay."

"Could not have asked for a better weekend. The property is lovely, historic and well kept. So many extras from provided snacks to bikes to beach needs. The owners were incredible - attentive, kind and generous. I could sit by that pool forever. We will absolutely be staying there on our next visit to the area."

"Excellent place"

"Older property. Could use a bit more maintenance/upgrading for the price"

"Enjoyed our stay"
