"Really enjoyed our stay here! Simple and small (like most rooms in NY) but had everything we needed and was in an amazing location. Bed might be a bit tight for two people but it’s comfy. The little kitchenette is a nice touch. Surprisingly super quiet for being right in the middle of the East Village as well. It’s a walk up with no elevator but if you don’t mind that, it’s a great place to be."
"Great hotel, staff, restaurant and nice open area with couches and fire place. I almost forgot....nice gym, too, with great views and outside patio area. We'll be back in the Fall. Thank you!"
"Stayed at the Indigo with my partner and teenage children. The hotel is trendy and the rooms were nice and clean. The rooftop bar and pool are nice, but I wish the pool was open past 5 PM (and the water could have been much warmer). The neighbourhood is super lively with a lot going on until very late. We would stay there again for sure."
"There were plenty of restaurants in the area and we tried a few. The ones we chose turned out to be very good. The first night we had a problem with the bed squeaking whenever we moved. After a few adjustments, it was fine the rest of the nights. Overall, the bed was comfortable and the sheets clean."
"Great location in a quiet residential area. Close to many good restaurants and subway stations. The Tenement Museum is nearby. Hotel itself is clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is simple continental and could be improved with additional items. But this is not a big deal as Chinatown has lots of inexpensive bakeries and restaurants. Overall, nice experience at a very reasonable rate for a weekend trip to the Big Apple. I will stay here again . "
"We stayed for 5 nights with family and had a wonderful time exploring NYC. The hotel is in an excellent location with decent amenities on site and great options for eating and drinking nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit."
"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"
