"Breakfast menu was amazing"

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The service was truly excellent and made a big difference in our experience. Tim at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful during check-in. Our conversation was interrupted a few times because there were quite a few kids in the lobby, but he handled the situation calmly and professionally and made us feel very welcomed and respected as guests. Later on, Tara and Henry were also extremely helpful in arranging a suite upgrade for us and communicating with us throughout the process. Their responsiveness and kindness were genuinely appreciated. The hotel’s location is fantastic. It is only about a 2-minute walk to the U of T dental faculty building, which made our stay very convenient. We upgraded to a suite, which was nice and spacious. The living room has a pull-out sofa that worked well for our needs. One small thing to note is that the elevator area can be quite busy and the elevators run frequently throughout the day and night. From the living room you can hear the elevator noise and airflow when they move up and down. However, once inside the bedroom it was very quiet, and we slept well. Overall, we had a great experience thanks to the wonderful staff and convenient location. We would happily stay here again."

"Every time we stay here we love it. It was our daughter’s 7th birthday and they upgraded us, had dessert delivered to her and had robes for all of our kids (ages 2-7) and us waiting for us in the room. It’s a beautiful hotel that is close to everything we needed! "
