"Positives: Amazing price for staying in downtown Toronto. The set up of the hotel is good with different areas for eating, studying, sleeping, etc. Negative: NOISE while you are going to sleep/sleeping. If saving money is your main priority then you just have to put up with the noise. If you want a good nights sleep then pay more and stay in another hotel. "Wonderful staff at a well located property. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and clean and well laid out. I did hear some street noise from the 14th floor so meet need the windows reinsulated. Love the fact that a buffet breakfast is now offered. "

"My first time staying an a Canopy property and I was beyond impressed. Everything was so cozy and clean and aesthetically appealing. The neighborhood was safe and the train was a block away. "Excellent location, walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants like Storm Crow Manor. I love the underground parking, felt very secure. The room was big but didn't feel super clean. We had fresh sheets on the bed, and fresh garbage bin, but there were random pompoms (?) around the room, and the bathroom walls are pretty stained. It's the best value for the location though! I ended up being charged more at check in, than I was quoted on my Expedia booking, which was a bummer. But...

The venues are kind of boring. I miss the original four seasons bar that was awesome. And there is construction everywhere and nothing is mentioned on the website about it so we basically had noise at 8:30 in the morning and a terrible view from our room. "
