They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "This is a modern, brand-new hotel with fantastic, friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. The location is excellent for exploring the area. However, be aware that if there is an event nearby, the traffic becomes a nightmare and the hotel’s arrangements for access were a bit disorganized. Great stay otherwise!"
