"Older hotel. I was told they were upgrading my room to a corner suite. The room I was given was on the corner of a busy street and the room has no sound proofing and old wooden blinds. Had a very hard time sleeping. The balcony had not been cleaned in a long time. Found dirt on the floor, microwave was very dirty, shower head had mold and parts plastic pieces falling out of it. They were kind enough to change the shower head after I complained but it was clear it had not been cleaned or inspected in some time. Staff speaks little English and they seem more concerned with guest running away from paying their bills than customer service. I was told to sign a bill for laundry while I was in the process of paying for it in cash. After a few days I decided to change hotels and move my stuff before checking out. The staff would not listen to me that I was not checking out and refused to let me leave. I understand the concern but I had every intention of coming back (which I did) not to mention I had already paid for the room. They spoke to my taxi driver in Thai so I would not understand what was happening. Very sad to write this because I have always like the grande centre point line of hotels but unfortunately this was a horrible experience for me."

"Honestly, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The entrance felt private and secure, with 24/7 security at the door, and the lobby was spacious, modern, and welcoming. I booked a superior king room for three adults and was a bit worried it might feel cramped—but it turned out to be much bigger than expected. We were placed on the 29th floor, which gave us incredible views over Bangkok, something we really enjoyed throughout the stay. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating my parents’ anniversary. They went the extra mile and arranged a complimentary cake with a card, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. The pool on the 30th floor was another highlight—beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and amazing city views. Breakfast was served on the 19th floor in a stylish, modern restaurant with lovely views. The selection was decent, though it felt a bit more like lunch than breakfast at times, with items like chicken, curries, and spring rolls alongside the usual eggs and fruits. It might just reflect local culture, but personally, I’d rate the breakfast a solid 7/10. On departure, we had an early flight and were going to miss breakfast, but the staff were very accommodating and arranged a takeaway breakfast with whatever we wanted—great service and a really nice touch. "All the staff in the hotel were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was kept clean all the time. And the hotels was centrally located at the heart of town where all the major shopping malls are. From the high end to the night bazaars and weekend shopping markets where you can find great bargains. Restaurants and massage places are all over town as well. "
