"Good location"

"We had a lovely experience. The grounds and the upstairs balcony in the Composer House were perfect."

"Like most Graduates, the interior design of the property and rooms was excellent. It would be nice to have free coffee for guests, otherwise we absolutely loved it"

"Love the tea and cookies at check in plus the free breakfast and staff are all very friendly"

"Clean, roomy, helpful staff, good breakfast"

"Very limited breakfast, almost no staff and no need as well, as the room was well maintained. Big parking and close to many restaurants and also close to motorway. Room size was big with 2 Tv. Its worth the price of room"

"We have stayed at this property half a dozen times previously. The quality of most everything was significantly worse this stay. From the breakfast offerings, to the lack of cleanliness all around the hotel, to a complete lack of proper amenities in the ladies’ room on the main floor, we were very disappointed in the direction new management has taken in this hotel. "charming, clean, and so close to the IU campus. I will stay again in the near future."

"A beautiful hotel and in such a great location!!"

"The location is great for visiting IU but the hotel is a little tired. The carpet was pretty dirty and the bathroom outdated. They are beginning a renovation however, to be completed by spring."

"The staff were kind, and the place was clean and managed well, especially for the price bracket I was looking for. However, it is a cheaper option for a reason. The TV was glitchy. There were only two pillows to each queen bed, and though they were soft they were divided between three of us and they flattened so much it was less than comfortable. They knew three people would be in the room but there were only the standard 2 sets of different sized towels waiting. And the staff member I saw...
