"The cleaning staff was exceptional. Our room was tidy every day. The desk staff was available to answer questions. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked and smelled delectable. The location, while away from the train stations is located near the Grote Markt and the heart of the central city. "

I did stay on NYE and New Year's Day and the whole city was shut down Jan 1, including housekeeping apparently. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not far from the Grote Markt."
