Very basic, which was ok. However stomping and noise went from 9pm til 2am when I finally fell asleep. Then at 6am a bloke decided to loudly tell his life story outside the room including all his fights to his dumb mates who guffawed their support. This continued til 8am when he and his mates disappeared or passed out or beat eachother senseless. Whatever happened the nightmare was finally over!

The decor was from the 60's with bright green bathroom walls but the worst of the stay was at 3:00am fellow guests fighting. Not a pleasant night. I wouldn't recommend this motel.

Didn't mind the 60's look of the room. It obviously hasn't had any upgrade since it was built but generous sized room. Very close to beaches & cafes so location is great

Ignore the reviews. This motel was clean, the rooms are big, even has a kitchen. Added to that its 1 block from the beach and one block from restaurants, cafe and city centre. Sure it can be a bit noisy with traffic and rooms are old, but its alright and a great location

It was very dated and old. The stove was old and broken, bathroom was clean, but stepping into the old bath with overhead shower was inconvenient and slippery. I foot slipped and I sustained a very large and deep bruise on my knee. The bed covers were dusty, faded and smelt of stale cigarette. There were patches of torn carpet along the edge of the under bed area. There was old chewing gum stuck on the inside of the lighting pelmet above the bed. There were no spare pillows. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The location was central and parking was easy.

The terrible room smell, stale smoke & other bad smells. The druggie people who hang around made it a scared place to be. As a visitor to the area I didn’t know this wasn’t a safe place.

Homely and easy.

Rooms are older but very comfy and spacious. Location is awesome. Being a budget hotel, some of the guests were a little less than considerate, but all in all, a pleasant stay.

The location is great however the cleanliness was poor! Sand all through the bathroom and shower, footprints on the sheets and a smell of urine really put a damper on our stay! I didn’t expect the best with the price it cost but clean rooms I did expect

The motel has a great location. This is its advantage. We booked it to stay the night after attending a wedding reception nearby. The rooms were clean but basic. main problem was limited parking, the motel does not have sufficient parking for all guests. If there is a major event on at WIN Stadium, which is across the road, this could be a problem.

Convenient location

Service at reception and cleaners were friendly. They chatted with the kids and told us that there was a playground right across street that we could go to. Rooms could be cleaner and place is run down. However room is a good size, has fridge, microwave, cutleries, Foxtel and location is great. Very convenient to go to city centre and beach

The space of the unit...it's location was very good. Staff were friendly...the motel is aged but all amenities worked ...we were pleased with our stay. Stairs up to our room...parking first in best dressed situation...kitchenette good for late night snacks.
