"Wheelchair accessibility was limited in some areas. Despite advanced notice given of needing a wheelchair accessible room, we were assigned 1 in an area that was not accessible by the visitor's lift. It was labyrinth to get to that area. We had to use the service elevator everytime which was a dingy elevator to fit for safe independent use by someone with a disability.
When we raised this with the 'manager' who seemed to be in a hurry and couldn't politely help us, she said the hotel was fully...
"There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend."
