"It was not an enjoyable stay. The staff was very unprofessional and couldn’t answer any questions we had. We ordered room service and they forgot so we called again after waiting for 45 mins and finally got it almost an hour later. The window in our room was so filthy. "

"We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First, we did not receive the room we booked. We reserved a king bed but were given a room with double beds. When we called the front desk, we were told there were no other rooms available, so we had no choice but to stay in that room. The bigger issue was that we had no hot water. When we reported it, we were told to let the water run for 10 to 15 minutes, which is not normal. The staff member was not very helpful and acted like this was standard. We followed her instructions, but the water never got warm. When we called back, she seemed frustrated but moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the new room also had double beds instead of a king and still had no hot water. It appeared to be on the same system, so the issue continued. This caused a lot of stress as we had plans and a schedule to keep. We were told we would receive 20% off our stay, and later were told it would be increased due to the continued issues. However, at checkout, a different employee informed us only $30 had been taken off, which was not even the promised 20%, and nothing additional was honored. She said she was unable to adjust it further. What’s most concerning is that the hotel was very busy, yet guests were not being informed about the lack of hot water. That is a major issue. If there is a known problem, guests should be notified so they can make other arrangements. The location is great, but stay elsewhere if you want what you pay for"

"We arrived super late the first night of our stay. There wasn’t anywhere else to stay or we would have left. The floor was literally about to fall in on half our room. We stayed in room 324 and there was so much movement in the floor at the second door to bathroom closest to HVAC unit in bathroom and bedroom that it had broke the tile threshold and all the grout out of the tiles in bathroom. Half of the vanity was about to fall off the wall. Major structural damage. We left early the next morning and got out of there and didn’t finish our sta. They said they couldn’t do anything because we booked through Expedia and not direct with them so we got stuck paying our entire stay even though we didn’t joy stayed one night. Do NOT stay here. They do not care about your safety. "

"Would stay at this hotel again. It was nice and great areas for the kids and adults to enjoy. The rooms were clean but very dark. We were only there for 2 nights but when house keeping came in they did not make our beds or empty the garbages just replaced towels and toilet paper, thought that was odd. Also the front desk staff is not overly pleasant or personable. But the hotel was great for what we needed."
