"I reserved the room through Expedia ten minutes before my arrival, but it took nearly an hour for hotel staff to receive the reservation. In the interval, the room I requested was given to a walk-in customer. The staff blamed Expedia's reservation system, but I knew the reservation had been sent to Hilton because I got a partial reservation number. The staff was unsympathetic with my frustration (it was midnight) and advised me next time not to book through a third party. I asked for Hilton's central phone number; the staff ignored my request. The room we eventually got was fine -- spacious, clean and well-lit -- but the price was over $300. Parking was available in an adjacent building, but also more expensive than I would have expected."

"The hotel and the room were wonderful, Luis the maintenance person was very pleasant and very helpful with the AC and TV in the room. He was nice and offered his services to us. The front desk staff named Jasmine was very rude and very mean tone with an attitude. Was not helpful when asked where we can order food from."

"People were partying at the pool and cookout area until almost midnight, they were screaming, yelling fire and were foolish drunk. Let it go until 10:30 pm, called the office twice to ask them if they could please ask them to quiet down a bit as it was right outside my room and they never did. The walls are thin and the person above me had to pee 13 times and sounded like they had concrete shoes. Heard every flush and every time the faucet and showers were turned on. Pillows were completely flat and there were stains on the comforter. Never slept a wink, paid $354 to not sleep and listen to drunks most of the night. Had to be up at 4:30 am to catch a flight and no one responded at the office before leaving to hear my complaints. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere."

"The front desk gal was lovely and tried to remedy the situation. The exterior is sketchy at best. Lawn not maintained. The only thing around is a graffiti parking garage and a seedy stand along corner store. I took the stairs and when we got to our floor the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. We opened the door to our room and the smell hit us in the face. We immediately went down and the girl said they had no vacancies and she had to call her manager. 20 minutes later, a room miraculously opened up? The room we ended up in okay. Blanket and towels were stained. There was someone else’s hair in the toilet. For almost $400 a night, I did expect a higher quality of cleanliness. The only upside was proximity to the venue we were going to."

"Kind of dirty, floors were dirty in common area/foyer, stuff stuck to the walls, hair in the shower when we got there. Pool closed, end of May. Staff was upset when we asked for more towels on our third day. Ok place for a quick stop, but I wouldn't stay for more than one night, probably wouldn't go back."

"The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean with everything we needed. The price was a bit high but that could of been because of the time of year and the day of the week."

"The heater/air conditioner in the room was old and very noisy that kept me awake. Also nobody bothered to make breakfast or any coffee for those who had to leave for an early flight."
