I checked in at around 10pm, was assigned to Room 179, which involved carrying my suitcase up a serious flight of stairs, which was hard on my lumbar-damaged back, then a 10 minute trek to the room. The room looked good, but had no thermostat to control the heat and the mini-fridge wasn't plugged in. Starting at 4am a snow-plow spent clearing the parking lot for 30 noisy minutes. When I got downstairs the next morning at 8 am there was no one at the front desk to guide me toward the breakfast room and no bell to ring for assistance. All in all, I was treated thoughtlessly.

A gorgeous old style hotel that makes you feel like home rather than you’re in a cookie cutter hotel. Amazing staff, delicious breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed the wine and cheese offered at night. I will definitely stay here again.
