"Excellent location, one of the decent places in London. Close to the metro, very accessible. Basic room but is a student room so low expectation. Still overpriced but then London is hugely overpriced so tracks everything else you do in the city"

"The staff was over the top and amazing. My flight was overnight and I missed my stay for the night but the lady at the front desk extended my checkout until the afternoon so I could at least take a night. Amazing property and in such a beautiful neighborhood as well. Would definitely come back!"

I was forced to come out of the room and go down to the restaurant to inquire about dinner. Things didn't seem too organized inside the restaurant ..."
