Novotel London West
Reception was difficult to find as sign outside pointed towards lifts where only one worked and was very busy/slow. Room was nice but was felt thin so heard lots of noise especially early hours of morning.

This hotel is giving 5 star BUT no phones in the rooms is DIABOLICAL. If you need ANYTHING...you have to go downstairs for help...liiiiikkkkeeeeee, what?!
