"Das Holiday Inn Express Bristol City Centre by IHG liegt strategisch nah beim Bahnhof, somit kann man bequem über die Straße gehen und mit dem Zug u.a. nach Bath fahren; auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen nahe beisammen.
Trotz der stark befahrenen Straße vor dem Hotel ist es im Hotel selbst ruhig, also gut gedämmt.
Das Personal ist jung und sehr freundlich bzw. hilfsbereit. Man wird herzlich empfangen.
Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und sauber - jeden Tag wird frisch gereinigt und das...

"Great and memorable stay. The food was excellent, especially the dinner and I would rate this place 10/10. The staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us, showing great flexibility throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptional, truly beyond words. I have travelled extensively and stayed in many places and this is one of the best places we have stayed."

"At check out we had small issue about the parking and Sema was wonderful to, helped us to the car, gave us tips on getting around and was a delight! Everyone was nice and friendly but she was exceptional. Only negative I had was no orange juice at breakfast. Was empty and it was not refilled. Minor complaint."

"Spent one night at The George. The staff were very friendly, check in was very smooth. Very knowledgeable about car parking in the town. Our room was very comfortable, clean and tidy. We slept well. The bathroom was well appointed, the shower was good and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good. My partner had a full English which he was very pleased with. I had poached eggs which were perfectly cooked. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"The day we arrived we were treated to a wine and cheese reception which was very nice. There was both a hot and cold breakfast which was very nicely presented and delicious. Coffee was made to order. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were small but we made do. The friendly atmosphere and the great location made up for it."

"Wonderful location and authentic experience of historical Bath. Please be aware that not all travelers will be willing to cope with small quarters and lack of air conditioning or an elevator! "Lovely old pub to stay at. Plenty of parking. We were there Sunday night and they have limited menu for food (roasts, fish and chips or a burger) but what we had was really good. Shout out to Jill who seemed to be every where. Dealing with check in, serving behind the bar, taking orders at the table and delivering food to tables!!! Amazing!!
And to top it off a really good breakfast to see you off. Highly recommended"

"We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. Bar lounge menus and main restaurant menu are good value, food is excellent."
