Lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. On the 1st night and morning only 1 out 3 lifts were working. By the 2nd evening 2 out of 3 lifts were running. Breakfast buffet was great and it was restocked quickly when anything ran out.

The restaurant is barely acceptable. The morning eggs were sitting in a slurry of water suggesting the scrambled option had a powdered origin. Parking is the same 17 a night as it is across town at the royal marriott. Location near Cabot circle is nice.

Stayed here for my best friend's wedding and before checking in asked if I could have a room on the same floor. Staff accommodated the request and was only a few doors down which made it easier for getting her ready for her big day. Rooms were lovely, my boyfriend loved the gym. Hotel itself was nice and the location was ideal for walking the city. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable (concrete slab), pillows were like marshmallows, the room was stuffy with no air flow and very noisy - not just traffic, but a constant machine/humming from the hotel or vents. .
