Only stayed for one night. Quite a musty smell in the room, cleanliness of room was average. Other people’s long hair on the shower screen, bit dusty, bathroom floor not that clean. Brilliant for kids with the kids games in the reception area and they loved their sofa bed! On a nice quiet road with a Greggs, Subway, pub, shop and coffee shop. Close to city centre too! Cheapest price I could find in Bristol for bank holiday weekend too! Parking was excellent, we found an EV charger in the car park under the hotel straight away and charged the car up so fast. Thank you!

Nice location and decent hotel. Positives were the location and the breakfast was good. Negatives lots of ongoing roadworks There was an extremely unpleasant smell in the corridors on floor 4. The superior room was very basic with saloon style doors on the bathroom which didnt give a great deal of privacy and when the light was on this lit up the room. Small dated television and very little storage in the room.

I stayed one night and selected the hotel based on its proximity to the train station. It was an excellent choice for that, although there is some road construction going on directly around it which made rolling one’s bag a little more difficult than it would normally be. The hotel is a little “tired” but very clean well maintained. Good bed and very decent bar/restaurant. Not a hotel I would recommend for exploring Bristol over several days; but a great location for ease of train travel. The staff was excellent. Very welcoming and very helpful.

Everything about my staff here was fantastic. Location is perfect for walking around Bristol, check-in was seamless and pleasant, housekeeping was so friendly, and the property is very well maintained. Will absolutely be rebooking the next time I’m in Bristol.

The room was quiet and beds comfortable. Nice that there is filtered water to help yourself to in the corridor. There was a great selection of food at breakfast, which was presented well and tasted delicious.
