"Completely self serve done on your phone. No staff around. Not really for me. Facilities were bright and clean. Room was small but comfortable. "

"Unfortunately, our stay had several issues. The biggest concern was the bathroom — it was very old and there were cockroaches, which was really unacceptable. On top of that, the cleaning was not done properly. I noticed hairs on the bathroom walls, which made it feel unhygienic. the clothing closet felt unusual, almost like it was built around an electrical unit, which was a bit odd. Another major inconvenience was the parking. The garage door system was frustrating because the room keys didn’t work. We later found out that you have to call the hotel each time to get in or out. The reception experience was also disappointing. They didn’t assist us until they saw an ID from the person who booked the room, which made things unnecessarily complicated. And at the middle of the night something fell off while we were sleeping "

"Visited CoCo Key in late March with my 6 and 9 year old daughters. We loved the hotel- were some things run down sure but for the price the place was great. The food was about 6/7 out of 10 (would suggest grabbing snacks before arriving), drinks were expensive but good, staff was excellent and most importantly- we felt safe while staying there. My girls were able to roam back and forth from pools and I was never worried on safety. We would 100% book this place again."

"The room at Lowes Royal Pacific looked tired, not expected of a premium priced hotel. The reception staff appeared too busy to care, possibly due to the constant churn of daily check ins and outs (maybe a consequence of people booking a single night because it's cheaper than purchasing express passes for two days). The cocktails in the bar were good, and reasonably priced for decent cocktails. The hotel was very conveniently located for IOA and US, the boat between the hotel and city walk is a nice touch. Overall, rather underwhelmed by the whole experience and not worth the premium price. Much prefer the better value, attentive staff and less frills of the Endless Summer resorts, particularly Surfside which is the smaller of the two."

"My kids and I loved this hotel! Happy with our stay and will be visiting again next time we head to Orlando. The hotel has a Starbucks, gift shop, rooftop bar with great views. My only complaint is that upon arrival, my kids and I headed to the rooftop bar to eat, and the glass with the Moscato I ordered looked like it had spit in it or something in it. I told the waitress and she got another from the bar tender. That was a little bit concerning. But the check-in went smooth and they got us in early, pool, the shuttle to Universal studios, the fire-grilled pizza on the main level, the fire pit by the pool, and the walk-up cafe made it so convenient to grab quick bites to eat, and we really Loved our stay overall so much!"
