"Crewe Hall is absolutely stunning — the grounds and historic architecture are breathtaking, and the whole place has such a romantic, luxurious vibe. The staff were polite and helpful, and the atmosphere felt really special, perfect for a weekend getaway.
The only downside was that we were allocated a disabled-access room, which felt a little unusual given that we hadn’t requested one. While it was spacious and clean, some of the features (like the bathroom setup) didn’t feel quite as...
"Really like this property and have stayed here multiple times now. Like the feel of the hotel, the staff and also the area. I usually choose this over closer options to where i am going the following day as i know it pretty well and exactly what i am going to get. Have previously reviewed through other sites and still remains a 10/10 for me. Eddie is always a great help and good to catch up with him, he remembered my son's milk allergy on sight.
Always a comfortable, spacious and enjoyable...
"Unfortunately only stayed for one night but staff was friendly, room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and the whole setting and being in a castle is just a great setting for special occasions. "
"We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "
"Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and our room was excellent. Bar/restaurant area was really nice and the lady serving at the bar was really lovely. We will definitely stay again. Ate at the restaurant called Amni across the road and it was excellent. Loads of choice of lovely restaurants nearby and main shopping area just round the corner made it a brilliant location."
"Staff are wonderful. The hotel is 5 minutes walk into town. The room was extremely hot, window only opened slightly, no A/C The bar could do with more ambience, felt a bit like an airport lounge. Maybe dim the lights, a few plants and put candles on tables. Really annoying having to pay for parking £28 for two nights, however that seems to be most English hotels in towns. Overall I would go back."
