"Great welcome surprise from Sarah A in our room for our son. Was a really nice stay. Bedroom was spacious for 3 of us and the bathroom was nicely done. The shower wasn’t the best - the head wouldn’t stay up and the pressure wasn’t the best. I did report and am confident they will fix for the next guest. Breakfast is good but busy! Each morning we were there between 8-9 and it was rammed! Good selection and the staff worked really hard to clear the tables to turn around for the next guest. "

"Can’t speak highly enough about The Drey! The staff were so kind and welcoming and I was even able to check in a couple hours early. As a solo woman travelling I felt very safe with the online key card and overall vibe of the hotel. The room was clean and perfect for one person (I booked the Snug room). Location is fantastic, just a stones throw from Earl’s Court Station. There’s also plenty of coffee shops and food shops around to grab anything you need. Very pleased with my stay and made my first trip to London in over a decade a very happy one ◡̈ thank you so much to everyone at The Drey. "

"The staff was welcoming, helpful and professional. The rooms were compact and very clean. The location is outstanding. Right across the street from the Tube, easy walking to places such as the Victoria and Albert. Many choices for restaurants and other facilities. Our second stay at the hotel."
