Everything was as advertised. The pictures were exactly as shown. The place I got was beautiful. Everything was clean and the temperature in the room was right on as I entered my cabin. Every detail was well done! The host was in communication with me throughout my stay. We had fire wood, smores, water, cooking utensils and everything we needed. I highly recommend a stay here. They even had a dog bowl there if needed. I cannot say enough about how great of a time my family had. You will be refreshed and satisfied when upon leaving!

We loved our stay here. The cabin itself was clean and perfect for our getaway. It was a bummer not being able to have campfire but this is due to burn ban and not the property and it was well communicated. The property made an offer of a bag of charcoal and a small grill which was nice. Room was comfortable and the scenery was perfect. We will for sure stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and honestly it was the best decision i could’ve made. We were amazingly accommodated and had everything we could’ve wanted and more included in our stay. The location was so beautiful and peaceful and the cabin and experience was even better than the pictures online. I would recommend Post Card Cabins in Hill Country to everyone, especially if you’re looking for a getaway.

We found our family weekend or short getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life! Our stay was amazing!! Our first time here and we were so surprised that everything you need to stay comfortably with all the basic necessity are well provided. Our kids had a wonderful time too. The room was in very good condition however it looked much bigger on the pictures online. One power outlet is not enough. Very expensive for what you get. Fees for this and fees for that. A disappointment for a Marriot name room. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I didn't notice anywhere where they mentioned online that the cabins were built on flat bed trailers. It was very crowded it is very good if all you want to do is sleep there.

This is not the right place for you if you want hustle and bustle. It’s quiet but you can still see other guests if you want to. Love the personal fire pit and the lead so we could keep our dog with us. They thought of everything you might want—even a smores kit. It’s not “roughing it.” Good water pressure, cold AC, comfortable bed. Units are small but make the most of the space. Gorgeous picture window from which we watched a herd of deer run by one morning. Memorable trip. Highly recommend. Relaxing stay.

Post card cabin review We had a lovely stay at the Postcard Cabin! The space was clean, cozy, and peaceful—everything we needed for a relaxing escape. We’ll definitely be going back! One thing worth highlighting is the local market area nearby. It had such a charming mix of small shops, local goods, and even a beautiful little French wine restaurant that made for a really special outing. It gave the trip an extra touch of charm and connection to the community. Also, while Brookshire Brothers is mentioned for groceries, we found the nearby H-E-B to be super convenient with a wider selection—definitely good to know when planning your stay. Highly recommend this cabin and the whole experience!

Perfect Getaway

If you are looking to unwind and ‘unplug’ this is the place for you. Sit out by the campfire and just relax. They have everything you need. S’mores kit, pour over coffee, insect repellant, utensils and cookware. So many thoughtful touches. Shower was good and it stayed nice and cool. The walking trail is very nice. We stayed in the ‘Kim’. It was tucked nicely away in the trees. You really feel like you are all alone. Our cellular service worked just fine (my husband has AT&T and I use Verizon). They do not,however, have a tv. You really don’t need one if you want to have the true experience of staying in these cabins.

First off folks. This is camping. Plan on spending very little time in this cabin. It is small, and as an avid camper, a poorly laid out floor plan. If one person wants to move…everyone has to move. The area in my stay (Wemberley TX) was great. Quiet, remote, and well taken care of. It did have cell service, which is a must for navigation around there. The “cabin” was clean, warm/cool, dry. The plumbing worked with typical camper style. If you’re ok with not being pampered and roughing it out of a mini home, I highly recommend this place. If you’re expecting your spacious camper or a nice hotel room, this isn’t it.
