"The room was clean, the overall property was nice. Parking was ample. However, I did not like that we were staying in a building separate from the main building. It made access to available amenities slightly more difficult as we would’ve had to walk around the building for the pool, or at the very least across the parking lot for breakfast. We opted to drive around to eat breakfast and probably would’ve done the same if we’d used the pool. If you find yourself staying in a 300 or 400 room, you may want to request a 100 or 200 if you have any mobility issues. Also, in the 300/400 building there is no elevator, only stairs so that building wouldn’t be ideal. We don’t have any real complaints, just want others to be aware when booking. Stay was nice, room was clean and mostly quiet despite being right off a highway, staff was great, breakfast was plentiful."

"For what looks like a new construction it wasn’t very clean or well maintained, mini fridge was super loud as were housekeepers early in the morning, talking one to another, very disturbing, we got to the hotel at 4 AM and wanted to rest but it wasn’t possible"

"This hotel has been used and abused. It needs a major facelift, etc. A fridge that leaked and made the room musty. A door where the key card absolutely would not work, a broken peephole, a rusty bathtub, AC that wasn't working in the lobby. The pool was out of service...icky looking, too. Very clean hotel though. It needs a huge facelift and major maintenance needs to be done. All sorts of confusion trying to pay and have the tax removed due to a tax exempt form. Don't let the pictures online fool you (they look nice, had to be old pics). It doesn't live up to all the other Comfort Inn and Suites where I have stayed before. Corporate needs to see this hotel because I don't think they would want their name/brand on it."

LivAway Suites Austin San Marcos

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was great! Alisha Bell was excellent and even offered to go get cream from the nearby store when they ran out! We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen or laundry but there was a full size fridge in the suite! The only thing I wish they had was an outdoor bench in a covered area but that's a nice to have not a need to have!"
