"When we first arrived, the front desk staff had absolutely poor customer service. Not helpful, rude, impatient. Thankfully, the other staff during the day and other evenings were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and comfortable."

"Loved the larger room lay out."

"We stayed here for the ren fest and had a great experience. Nice breakfast, amazing staff, and the room was very comfortable."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Our needs were meant."

"Great location and that’s why I think they can skimp a bit on amenities- virtually no storage at all in bathroom-like none- they could easily but a vanity in or inexpensive shelves over the toilet-must stream TV which is fine except the Wi-Fi in M30 for the main TV literally took 30 seconds plus to switch between channels-very few hangers in closets- might be a bit picky but they charge premium prices-service- the front desk clerk flat out lied to me which was confirmed by the manager(I didn’t...

"Overall the stay was very enjoyable. Staff were welcoming and accommodating to us. Food was delicious in the restaurant. Would most definitely stay again."

"I booked through Expedia but I am a IHG Platinum Elite member who was not recognized nor was I given Welcome points for my stay. Front Desk Service was AWFUL!! Even if I couldn't get points for the booking I should have gotten welcome points!! I stayed here in the past but will never stay here again!!"

"Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast not so good."

"Bathtub was disgusting and unusable. Room was non smoking and smelled like someone had been smoking in there for weeks. Do not book here."

"Design and the ambience."

"We unfortunately booked the same weekend a kid tournament group was staying there, so we had kids running everywhere, screaming in halls, knocking on random doors while the parents were all downstairs drinking at the bar. The hotel staff dod nothing about it. But the bar was closed both evenings I went down, even the fireplace was turned off outside so we couldn't enjoy a single evening there. Then the second morning we stayed, the breakfast was already closed. Went swimming instead, but there...

"Never would recommend - completely disgusting."
