"I checked in around 9:45 PM. Room was not ready. Had to wait just over an hour while they cleaned the room after my arrival. Front desk blamed the issue on the third party booking agent which was hotels.com. Checking in that late at night with 3 children waiting in the truck to have a room not ready ..."
