"Staff was amazing and helpful and very friendly room was clean and very spacious. I had the superior room with the pullout. Bed was amazing. Beds were hard not very soft and the pillows were extremely hard. Your head did not sink into them and then on top of it, the hot tub broke and was shut down for the whole weekend and the pool was unfortunately dirty when we went in it and they had the outdoor pool part close, which we thought was open because it did not state that it was closed. We thought it was a heated pool. Overall day was good would say again to give them a second chance! My only other recommendation was instead of just having coffee also have hot water for tea! "

"Breakfast had good choices, but parking is a bit over priced since you can find half priced parking just around the corner. Also the nightlight wasn't working and the bathroom ceiling was chipping. But the view from the room was good. Room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Overall good experience. "

"The room was clean but truly needs some updating. Parking on and off site is expensive. Off site parking on a Saturday was $55 plus tax. The shuttle drivers were nice though. "
