"Arrived at 9:00 pm and staff is gone. We struggled to open a lock box to get our room key from directions taped to the wall. The room had rubber floors and smelled, obviously used for people with pets. We were not able to switch rooms because there was no staff attending. Went to breakfast at 7:30 AM and coffee was empty and no staff available to refill. Nothing about the breakfast was appealing. Finally went to check out at 8 AM and get a final receipt and still no one at the front desk, so we slid our room keys under the locked door."

"Pleasant and helpful staff. Because the hotel is walking distance to the Ark, we were able to leave our car at the hotel while at the Ark. This saved us the parking fee at the Ark. "
