"We loved our stay. The staff was excellent and the room was clean and just what we needed. We had an issue with the AC and I called the front desk and they immediately had someone come to resolve it, though the AC just overall wasn’t super strong. Thankfully it was not summer in full swing so it was manageable. The window was damaged probably from a previous guest but other than that the room was stylish and chic. "The Hoxton Williamsburg is a great base for exploring NYC. The front desk staff are super helpful, there is a coffee shop on site with gorgeous pastries. The bar and food offerings of the hotel are second to none. The rooms are small which is often the case in NYC but have everything you need. A proper hairdryer, actually milk in the fridge and even a handy steamer for your clothes. The location is perfect, lots to do around hotel and easy access to ferry and subway to get you to Manhattan....
