The hotel was under renovation. To access the pool we had to go outside the hotel and enter through the lobby which was very uncomfortable. Coffee maker in the lobby was broken. There were no fruits for breakfast and the bread was stale. The rooms didn't have a dresser or a place to put in your clothes. There were only 4 hangers available.

Average older Day's Inn Undergoing major remodeling which meant that the front desk/pool/diningroom are not connected to rest of rooms, Which meant walking to the end of the building (100 yds) and then walking back another 50-75 yds to your assigned room. In the dark with poor lighting I felt this was dangerous

There are major construction going on inside the hotel. the construction workers use the pool restroom so they are constantly going back and forth. The breakfast room is way too small to handle the tour group. they should open the pool room for guests to seat when it is cold outside. I have to leave quickly so other guests can eat. Not recommend for traveler unless they have no other opttions.

After a long drive across the desert we were looking for a nice relaxing swim, but the pool wasn't very clean so we passed. The front door gives an unfortunate impression, but the room itself was nice.

This room had the best shower on our entire trip. It was a refreshing change. The room was nice. The breakfast was a typical motel buffet. We are pulling a trailer, they had semi/rv parking right in front.

The staff was nice. They are houng through a remodel . But we got an old room the restroom was the issue, mold all over walls and tub..nothing a good cleaning would fix. I just feel they should clean them good if the older rooms are being used

It is undergoing remodeling, so the back parking had hardly any parking and no outdoor lights to get in. Had to go to front desk to get hairdryer. We liked that it had refridge, micro, comfortable beds. Staff was courteous.

The hotel was under renovation, and it was very difficult to access all the services. Nobody warned us in advance. I asked, and they have been doing the renovations for three months. They should give us an additional discount.

Currently construction is going on. In order to get to the breakfast room or pool you have to walk outside and around the building to get to them. Part of the hallway is closed down. As the weather was cold and snowy going to the pool was not an option. It was very inconvenient. The rooms were clean and staff were nice.

Repair was being done which made it impossible to walk from our rooms into the dining room/office area. The weather was cold enough that getting to and from the hot tub and pool was NOT comfortable outdoors! No discount was made for either inconvenience, nor was it mentioned in the booking process.

We were unaware of the remodeling before booking. Everyone had to use the back door and at night there was not enough light in the parking lot. Had to drive or walk to the front to use the swimming pool. The place was nice overall but probably would have gone elsewhere just for the inconvenience

I requested a first floor room due to wearing a boot following ankle surgery. It was very close to the lobby. However the entrance to the hall from the lobby was closed off due to construction. I had to walk the length of the building outside then enter and walk nearly the length of the building inside. Front desk people were not considerate of this guest's needs at all. Same thing for the breakfast. I should have been given a room near the back door. Desk clerks need to be trained to assess siruations and make adjustments. I was ni given a map as I usually am. I didn't know where to get ice was exhausted and in pain from the inconvenience. There was almost no parking in back due to the construction. While I realize construction played in here, if you are going to be open during this, you need to be more customer friendly.Desk clerks seemed totally unconcerned!

Property is under construction have to walk all the way around the building to get to room. Room smelled like a diaper was left behind. From checkin in until late morning multiple large garbage bags were outside my door adding to the rooms awful smell. People were great though and food was pretty good.

Property is under construction. You check in and then are diverted to the far end of the hotel for entry. Main ice machine broken. So then walk outside back around to front and then back if ice is needed. Asked for additional pillow at check in. They didn’t have key to housekeeping closet and told us to call when we got in room. Phone was broken. Ceiling in bathroom was leaking water dripping on your head if you are using the toilet. Had a lovely view of construction materials from our window. It just felt unclean.

The downstairs hallway is under construction so we had to walk outside and around the building with our stuff to get to our room. The room had a very strong chemical odor like paint or something. I wish we knew this before we booked.

Our room, newly renovated and very clean, offered a comfortable bed and a small dining area serving a simple breakfast. However, ongoing interior renovations meant construction materials were scattered everywhere, posing a safety hazard, especially for kids. Additionally, the water in the shower was freezing cold, requiring a wasteful five-minute wait for it to warm up.

The receptionist Naomi who booked us in was great. We had a small problem with our room and she immediately switched us to the room next door. They are in the process of improving the hotel but this had no impact on us at all. The breakfast was good. It was a convenient location for Williams & for getting to the Grand Canyon

BUT Obvious mold on shower walls possibly painted over but still visible in the corners all the way down (they were black). Also, no mention of construction with booking or on check in. No elevator

The staff was great and my only issues was that they dont have a quarter machine for the laundry. They didn't have quarters so I had to drive to the truck stop at midnight to get quarters

Property is well kept, pool and hot tub are clean and well kept. Room was clean and service was great. Front desk staff was friendly and nice. Only down fall was the bathroom had some mold and a bit of damaged drywall, but no big deal.
