We had a wonderful stay in Williams! It’s such a charming little town with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect—especially if you’re planning to visit the Grand Canyon, as it’s just a short and scenic drive away. We spent a couple of days here with family, and it turned out to be one of the most relaxing parts of our trip. The town itself is very clean and peaceful, with a nostalgic Route 66 vibe. There are plenty of cute shops, local restaurants, and places to walk around in the evening. Everything felt safe and family-friendly, which was very important for us traveling with kids. The pace is slower, which makes it a great place to unwind after long drives or busy sightseeing days. Overall, Williams exceeded our expectations—we would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay near the Grand Canyon.

The waffle maker didn't work properly. All the waffles were stuck in the machine.There was only one lady who was trying to bring and fix everything for the breakfast.Nor so satisfied with the breakfast.But very clean and the staff very kind and helpful.

Stay was perfectly adequate. Felt very bad for front desk staff when we arrived. We only saw one woman there for three hours (could easily see all from the pool) and she was working nonstop and so hard running around. Always a line of people- needed toilet paper or soap or towels, etc, and she was doing it all solo. Wish she had help. Pool was good. Hot tub seemed really, really hot. Breakfast was standard, eggs seemed better than most. Coffee wasn’t good.
