I give the hotel a 6.5 out out 10. It was not clean and had a smell. They did move our room but the entire floor had the smell that they could not get rid of. The staff did not have any answers of local spots. Housekeeping did not clean they just made beds. THEY DO NOT HAVE WASH CLOTHS SO BRING YA OWN!. The only great thing is the hotel is walkable to many eatery places and stores, so locations is great. I probably would not stay here again.

Property is well managed. The front desk and restaurant staff members are efficient and accommodating. I like the new restaurant menu and the service provided by the new bartender. Jay J. and the other supervisors are competent, focused workers. I enjoy staying there. It gives me a five minutes walking radius access to a variety of shops, restaurants and local entertainment in the heart of the city. And, I enjoy seeing, less than 100 yards away. the hugh sea vessels escorted from the inland waterway to the Caribbean Sea. One thing that I would do differently, is to redirect the kitchen staff from coming thru the dining space to get something soft to drink from the bar area. The chef and other kitchen staff must never see the restaurant patrons, or frequent the dining area...as it is done in bigger hotels.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and all the hotspots we were looking for and had seen recommended. The parking was also a plus as we had a rental. Rooms were clean with the most beautiful view of the harbour. The hotel was also quite quiet, we felt like we were the only guests there most of the time. The welcome drink was appreciated and food we had at the restaurant was also good. 10/10 on location. Couldn't think of a better place to stay.
