Another Great Stay at ES

Second time staying here for a weekend youth tournament in the offseason. Anthony is always accommodating to any random needs. The rooms are always clean, it was quiet at night, and great location from the boardwalk and convention center. Great price for the room.

Squeaky clean modern updated facility!

Very modern updated, super clean and comfortable room. Even the pullout sofa had an extremely comfortable inner spring mattress. Great service and I felt squeaky clean in there.!

Everything was walkable and staff was friendly. Pool was clean, beach is 5 mins away, parking was excellent and not crowded. Walls were thin. Overall it was great.

The office staff (Teil) was attentive and offered assistance if we required anything during our stay including extra blankets and linens. We visited "off season" so parking was not an issue and it was quiet. We look forward to visiting again during "on season" and will chose Esplanade Suites again.

We stayed for one night for an event at the convention center. Check in and out were simple with no interaction needed. The location is very convenient. The mattress was firm but not the worst. The unit was clean and in good condition. The little kitchenette was a good feature, though we didn’t use it for our short stay.

This vacation was booked for my family and I for a week. It was everything I expected it to be. Area was great located right down the block from the boardwalk which made it extremely easy and convenient to take the kids for a stroll. Room initially wasn’t the cleanest but after speaking with someone they went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of immediately. Staff is wonderful ,polite, and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back next year thanks again for the hospitality

I paid a considerable amount through expedia rather then booking direct. The wifi was not working. Very musty smell. No amenities whatsoever and paid $307 a night. Bathrooms were very very small.

The outside of the property is super run down, but once you get inside of the room that doesn’t matter. Our room was beautiful. The room itself was super clean however once you check in there is no staff that comes in to change the trash, change your sheets or give you clean towels. If you want maid service (which has always been provided at any other hotel I’ve stayed at) is an additional fee. We also had to either wait around or keep going back any time we needed to speak to someone in the office because it was constantly left empty with no one in it. Other than those issues, when we did encounter the staff they were always friendly and the room was initially clean when we arrived. The pool was also super clean!

Nous n’avons pas eu la bonne chambre, mais c’est une erreur d’Expedia. La chambre était propre, surtout la cuisine. Très bien équipée (mon gros wow de mon séjour) Chambre mal insonorisée par contre et rien ne sèche. Les serviettes restaient constamment humides et mouillées. N’est pas ouvert 24/24H donc après 20h aucun service client. Très bien situé.
