"I arrived after 6 PM and it was stressful to see there was no staff available for check‑in. Fortunately, I followed the instructions and everything worked smoothly. The room was very small, which I understand is common in Europe, but overall I wasn’t impressed. It felt basic, and the price didn’t really match what was offered. I suppose you pay for the brand, but it doesn’t always guarantee higher standards.I did enjoy the breakfast — the cheese, yogurt, and coffee were very good — but the overall stay didn’t leave me wowed."

"We arrived around 18:00 and the door was closed with the only the mentionned that we could call a phone number if tzhere was no one. We tried to call that number but never reached anyone at this number. Finally we asked the restaurant crew and they took charge of our check in. So it would be useful for futur travelers to know that they can ask the restaurant crew if no one from the hotel is there. Thanks"

"The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops."

"Staff were welcoming and worked efficiently; room was clean and much larger than MOST hotels I found in Zürich for much higher prices and which did not include breakfast like this hotel does! The breakfast was EXCELLENT, with a custom, self-serve, espresso coffee machine included. They also had a HUGE selection including made to order omelettes, many breads & cheeses, hot & cold food, fresh fruits. Access to the spa next door which was unbelievable! Huge heated pool & jacuzzi, sauna, showers, and elaborate gym! Price was very reasonable especially compared to all the others which had lower ratings. The trains run to Winterthur often, from Zurich main and also the airport. Hotel is about 10min walk from train station. Wow! I would definitely stay here again!"
