"Dinner service ruined my experience. Took 25 minutes to get a menu and get waited on. I had to go to the bar to get somebody’s attention. It was an hour before I was served. Food was mediocre at best. Not what I expected from a Hilton property. What a shame! Breakfast service was good!"

"Enjoyed my stay"

"Under the heading of you get what you pay for... Breakfast area was not kept clean and stocked. The carpet in our room was stained and smelled like pee? if we let the room get over 70. We were in a handicapped room. The shower head was designed to be easily raised and lowered. It lowered on its own in the middle of showers. The water in the shower did not keep a constant temperature, often becoming very hot. Since the bypass from the tub faucet to the shower head wasn't complete, water pressure...

"Staff were very friendly, helpful, polite. The room was very very clean, up to date Breakfast selection both mornings were good with a nice variety. Only two items that came up to speak about. Expedia had us registered for 3 rooms, so that took a while to figure out 2nd item. The one and only elevator for the hotel was out of order the first night and remained that way during our entire stay. Luckily we were only on the 2nd floor, but I had had a Pacemaker implemented a few weeks earlier so...

"Property was nice but there is either a lack of attention to detail or they are purposely ignoring the details like- black and dirty railings as you enter the beach club side of the property, dead bugs in the elevator lights, ceiling lights in the room did not work so we had to use the 2 lamp lights, one elevator was broken when we got there and was not repaired for 3 days, the staff there seemed totally disengaged - they weren't rude but just ignored our presence when we were around them. The...

"Great location, large rooms, very clean. Breakfast basket is cute but minimal."

"The room was clean and comfortable A little bit lower the bed but comfortable mattress. The noise outside on always with the guest talking for longer time late was not pleasant. Should be a good manners to let them know the guess like to sleep and not make any noise after 10:00 pm. Should be addressed to the management."

"Very well appointed, clean, well staffed historical property right in the heart of the historic district. Extremely close to worthwhile horse drawn carriage rides and shopping galore at the famed city market and small street side shops. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, plentiful and fresh! The staff were so friendly for breakfast and afternoon cheeses & wine, also complimentary! Valet service went beyond plus the bicycle taxis were also readily available and reasonable."
