"I stay at the Royal Oak every time I visit Cullen. Rooms are lovely, staff is friendly and accommodating and the food is excellent . It's a real gem.

"I did a last minute booking, and it was a good choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The bed was softer than I am used to, but I slept well. The shower took a couple of minutes to get hot, but once it did, it was nice. I had supper there, and it was very good, as was the made-to-order breakfast. There is a nice lounge area to sit and have a drink. Spey Beach was a short drive away, and was a nice “pebble” beach walk. "

"Small family run hotel, bar and restaurant. Warm friendly atmosphere. Very helpful and friendly staff. Food was copious, well served and fresh. bed comfort was very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money would recommend without hesitation"
"One night stopover. Everything about this place was lovely from the friendly welcome to the well equipped and comfortable room to the good quality food. The only minor gripe I had was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t great, other than that a delightful place to stay.
