"Everything was nice clean and comfortable the staff is very kind especially Noah he saw to it our stay was pleasant. He gave us brochures of events in the area and made a special delivery to our room. Parking was a bit pricey but it is secure and can only be activated by hotel key. Breakfast was very good there was a hockey team staying there and they were very rude and left a big mess for the poor employee to clean up, all over the counters and tables. We definitely had a great stay other than that....oh! If you get a chance the best place to eat is The Capital Grill just 2 blocks over- walking distance"

"Cons: The place wasn't dirty more like well used. There was paint chipping on the door in the bathroom, scuff marks everywhere, the cover for the handrail in the bathrooms were loose. Also I tried to set some light items on the shelf between the beds and the shelf fell apart. They put it back together and said not to use it. The water pressure in the shower sucked too. I had to pull the door to my room shut hard to get it to close right. Pros: My room looked and smelled clean and there weren't any bugs at least. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked phenomenally so I got a good nights rest. Breakfast was basic but you can't go wrong with the Texas shaped waffles. Decent for the price point."

"This was our first time staying here, and everyone at the front desk immediately greeted us with smiles. Answered the questions we had with a smile, and informed us of all amenities and things we could use during our stay. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning! It was spotless, rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds. We were absolutely pleased with our stay, and will be booking here again when in Fort Worth!"
