The only issue we had with the room was the ice maker did not work in the freezer, but the front desk staff was very helpful and was able to provide us with ice. The only other issue we had was that other guests allowed their children to carry the juice glasses from breakfast area to their rooms and was many spills in the elevator which made for tricky walking espicially for my husband who is handicapped was afraid he would fall, notified the front desk and they had it cleaned as best as they could during this time. We will stay again next time we are in Fort Worth.

However for a $144/night stay, the room was not ready by check-in time, an unexpected $30 charged for a room fee was added, and the shower drain did not drain properly and filled up quickly, making it unsanitary. I only stayed for a night and did not report it, as I was in a hurry and it was a quick trip. All else was fine.

Ideal for family stay. Loved that the layout is separate sitting area and kitchenette. The Kitchenette provides all quality utensils needed (Pots are stainless steel, not polytetrafluoroethylene/Teflon!) The overall environment from outside to indoors is quite pleasant. There's a Wing Stop and other fast food restaurants within a minute walking distance - no need to cross the street. Then across the street is Albertson's grocery. Oh and I loved that there is sitting available out front entryway at that location. I've recommended this property/chain to my friend and will definitely book Staybridge again.
