"The location and common areas were great. 2 pools, the restaurant and gift store were very nice. However, the rooms are in need of a make over. We noticed one building closed for renovations so perhaps you are working on this. The beds should be replaced during the makeover. We booked these 2 rooms over a year ago and as we travelled as a family request rooms next to each other on the first floor, however, we got one room on the first floor the other on the second floor. That was disappointing. Restaurant staff were fantastic. Front desk staff could use some friendliness training."

"Staff was very helpful & always nice. Room was clean & view from balcony was spectacular! Continental breakfast included & was tasty! You could tell the entire hotel was a little aged & could use a remodel, but it was clean & well taken care of. Would definitely stay again!"

"Plenty of room for all of us in the two-bedroom units w full kitchen and everything we needed for our adventure. Air conditioning worked great and we slept like babies. The convenience store/gas station, restaurant, and gift shop had anything extra we needed. Right by Lee’s Ferry so we could just wake and catch our water taxi (backhaul) to the dam for our all day kayak adventure. Lovely scenery right from our doorstep!"

"The accessible bathroom was designed exactly as it should be, but the light is dim. The front door is automatic, but the inner door isn't. That makes it hard to get a luggage cart through because the door closes on it.The breakfast area is quite crowded early in the morning. Overall comfortable rooms. Both rooms I stayed had broken desk chairs that would no longer go up and down. I had to sit on pillows to work on my computer. I still give it a 5 star rating despite the flaws because of the accessible bathroom and the location."
