"Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in recent years. The room was dirty, and the staff, including the manager, are apathetic and incompetent. I never normally write reviews, but I feel I have a duty to warn people"

"Foreigners beware, I left my stay feeing cheated and disrespected. I felt cheated because an employee led me to a change-making machine on site that stole my money. I had an associate call back to inquire and the employee said they wouldn't do anything else and hung up. I found out this is called the 'Guided ATM...

"Good location for mall and seafront promenade."

"The staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. The toilet has been clogged for three days, with no assistance or resolution provided."
