Metroline noise

Nice and friendly customer service, organized early check-in and breakfast on first day. Average azeri breakfast, food items not very efficiently replenished when things are consumed. Be aware the hotel is build on top of metroline causing noisy vibration and noise in the rooms late at night/early morning. Secondly, blind curtains are 60 cm too narrow in the window leaving daylight in the room early morning. Not a place for light sleeper.

Many things were great at the facility. only comment I have bit negative: Air Conditioning was not working. Weather was warm, we were getting only hot air supply, the room inside was too warm to sleep/comfort. We were advised Hotel is still in winter setting, so air cooling was not possible

Hyvä hotelli vähän kaukana nähtävyyksistä

Hyvå hotelli vähän kaukana rantabulevardista ja vanhasta kaupungista. Taksi ei tosin maltaita maksa ja manattejakin vain muutaman - kävelyetäisyydellä sijaitsevalla metrolla pääsee noin 15 sentillä, paikalliset lataavat avuliaasti matkan omalla kortillaan. Aamiainen ei erityinen ollut, hieronta ja höyrysauna sen sijaan erinomaisia. Jossakin arvostelussa valitettiin englanninkielisten kanavien puutetta, mutta kyllä sieltä sentään BBC World löytyi. Edullinen lentokenttäkuljetus 15 AZN hotellin puolesta.

Hotel ok, but tax bill less than my expense.

My stay at Hotel Divan has been perfect, the only negative note is that I did not have the full amount of money paid in receipt because, the receptionist said, I booked through Hotels.com, so for € 59.00 that I have Paid at Hotel.com, Divan Hotel has billed me 45.00 € that they received by Hotels.com. My was a work travel and the hotel was refunded to me by the company but in this way, I lost 14:00 euros. I do not think it is right. Never happened before, but if this is the rule, in my future business travels I will no longer use Hotels.com.
